My therapeutic style is didactic in that I use several therapy modes to treat my clients. Not all clients are the same because we are all individualist and unique. What may work for some might not work for you, and what will work for you will not work for some. I am trained predominately in Person-Centered thinking because I am a strong believer in working with what the client wants to work on and is willing to work on. I use Cognitive Behavioral styles in assisting my clients with linking their thoughts to their feelings. I also am a strong believer in Motivational Interviewing in encouraging change and healing. I also use a ‘here and now’ approach or Gestalt style of interventions approaches, and I strongly advocate for Brendtro’s Positive Peer culture in group settings.

Payment: At this time I am able to accept clients through Advantage Behavioral Healthcare North Carolina Medicaid Enhanced services. I am currently applying for major insurance companies billing.  Cash and paypal invoices can be issued and paid upfront before services are rendered. I do not accept Major Credit Cards with Stripe.com If Medicaid insurance is denied and no other methods are available, I will make a best effort to try to refer you to another non-profit facility that can assist you.

Private pay can be accepted. I charge $125 per hour or $31.25 every 15 minute increments and payment is due before services are rendered.
